The distress of glomerular-tubular balance which was characterized by loss of positive correlation dependence between glomerular filtration rate and distal reabsorption sodium ions was revealed experimentally in 34 non linear white male rats with mass of 0.16–0.18 kg, when developing of acute gemic hypoxia in combination with hyposodium diet.
The distress was accompanied by loss of correlation connections between absolute, proximal and distal reabsorption of sodium ions with appearance of a new positive correlation connections between distal reabsorption of sodium ions and diuresis.
