There was conducted a clinical research with participation of 123 patients at the of age of 52–74. There were selected 77 patients of them with proved efficiency and safety of complex therapy of antidiabetic biguanide and alpha-blocker for patients with the combined forms of overactive bladder and benign prostatic hypertrophy.
