PHARMACOKINETIC PARAMETERS OF THE COORDINATION COMPOUND OF GERMANIUM WITH HEPATOPROTECTIVE PROPERTIES

The pharmakokinetics of a coordination compound of germanium with niacin (MIGU-1) was studied, which has hepatoprotective property. The researches have shown, that MIGU-1 fast penetrates into the blood plasma and liver. Pharmacokinetic parameters are: a blood plasma — t_i/2a = 0.07±0.01 h; t_i/2 = 2.03±0.15 h; C_max = 12.63±0.30 mkg/ml; MRT = 2.93±0.22 h; the liver — t_i/2a = 0,23±0,01 h; t_i/2 = 4.12±0.08 h; C_max = 38.26±0.43 mkg/g; MRT = 5.94±0.12 h.
