The article is devoted to study of cardiovascular changes of the rabbits in simulation of depression of night melatonin synthesis by the way of keeping of experimental animals in conditions of around-the-clock lighting during 5 months and with combination of cholesterol diet. The combined effect of around-the-clock lighting and cholesterol diet results in expressed disturbance of morphofunctional state of the heart and parameters of pro- and antioxidant balance, that it is possible to survey as manifestation of stress rearrangement of cardiovascular system.
