We have made the comparartive histomorphological and chemical analysis of a degree of the hepatoprotective and immunoregulative influence of heptral, essentiale, MIGU-1 on the structure of the liver and organs of the immune system, such as the thymus, the spleen, lymph nodes in conditions of a toxical injured liver by CCl4. It was ascertained that mentioned medicaments restore developed hemodynamical and dystrophic disorders and also stimulate reparartive processes in organs of the immune system and the liver. The protective effect is much more expressed with the use of heptral and MIGU-1, than the protective effect with the use of essentiale.
