The purpose of research was improvement of treatment results of patients with closed abdominal trauma. 120 patients in the course of 2002–2003 were observed. The parameters of a hemodynamics, acid-base condition, peristalsis and level of pain syndrome were studied. The drugs on the basis of sorbitol and combined long-term peridural block are optimal in treatment of patients with closed abdominal trauma.
