Experience of surgical management of 316 patients with open or blunt abdominal trauma with injury of organs of gastro-intestinal tract, goll bladder or urinery bladder is given. Structure of organs injuries, peculiarities of diagnosis and surgical tactics were shown. Causes of death were analyzed. All of the patients were performed surgical intervention. Lethality was 14.8 %.
