Authors analysed results of the treatment of 23 patients with combinated trauma of the abdomen organs and spine. The lethal outcomes made up 13 %. In the diagnosis of injuries of abdomen organs the leading role belongs to laparoscopy. The effective methods of treatment in polytrauma is surgical simultaneous interference on the organs of the abdomen and spine. The miniinvazive methods of operations on the spine with using of hydroxylapatite ceramic allow to recommend this way of treatment in the wide clinical practice.
