In 19 cases of injured with isolated and combined craniocerebral injury it is studied the possibility of alternative using of COG-2 selective inhibitors (Movalis) instead of corticosteroid drugs. The data received allow making a preliminary conclusion that there are no principal differencies in curing the examining group with cortikosteroid drugs or their full replacement with COG-2 selective inhibitors.
