The results of the treatment of polytrauma in 476 children were analysed; cranio-skeletal trauma occured in 59.0 %, skeletal — in 21.2 %, craniovisceral and visceroskeletal — in 19.7 %. Significance of the problem and possibilities of rehabilitation were showed. Key questions of management were determined.
