In the article the questions of diagnosis and treatment of wounds and blunt trauma of a stomach are considered, statistics of damages of abdominal cavity within the period from 1999 to 2003 is presented, the comparative analysis of tactics before introduction of miniinvasive methods was conducted. We made conclusion about revising of treatment-diagnostic tactics with necessity of wider usage of diagnostic possibilities of ultrasonic and radio-opaque methods of research. The questions on possibilities of diagnostic and medical videolaparoscopy are taken. It is shown its high information value and possibility of miniinvasive treatment of open and closed injuries of abdominal cavity.
