The results of treatment of 119 patients with the thoracoabdominal wounds (TAW) are analyzed. The damages of pectoral and abdominal cavities are considered. The executed operations at the given pathology are presented. The obligatory algorithm of medical-diagnostic measures at the given pathology comes into guestion Experience of treatment of patients by endoscopic operations is considered, testimonies and contraindications to them are defined. Postoperative lethality was 0.8 %.
