The clinical course of traumatic disease in 433 patients with polytrauma is investigated. 72.1 % of these patients have developed complications, 45.7 % have got organs and multiple organs dysfunctions, 28.6 % — died. The way allowing to predict development of a syndrome of multiple organs dysfunctions, has been offered.
