96 patients with spleen rupture at the blunt trauma of stomach were surveyed. During operations in 63 patients (66 %) the accompanying damages of abdominal cavity organs and retroperitoneal space were revealed. 55 (58 %) patients recovered, 40 (42 %) — died. High lethality was connected with severe associated trauma. In 34 patient the heterotopic autotransplantation of splenic tissue was performed. In patients with transplanted splenic tissue by the 30th day after splenectomy the authentic difference of cellular and humoral immunity parameters to the side of the increase of relative number of Т- and B-lymphocytes and IgA, IgM, IgG was marked.
