The analysis of 162 cases allows to consider that the amount of victims with polytrauma is constantly increasing, especially within last years. according to the character of damages the dull trauma, with damage of a thorax prevails as a rule. Infringements in the organization and tactics of rendering of medical aid for this category of patients result in unjustified delay of operation and performance of diagnostic laparo- and thoracotomy.
