1539 patients with polytravma were stadied. They had damages of bones (79 %), cranium and brain (47 %), internal organs (30 %). On the basis of clinical data and researches of middle mass molecules as the marcer of endotoxicosis and thermostable proteins the scheme of intensive therapy is recommended.
