Indications of videolaparoscopy (VL) and videolaparascopical sanation (VLS) of abdominal cavity and damage of lungs which are based on study of 43 patients with thoracoabdominal injuries are consedered. Videolaparoscopy provides the conrol and influence on inflamation. Intensive respiratory care promotes restoration of antibactirial defence and gases contents of blood.
