We analyzed 349 cases of patients with hepatic trauma, which had been on cure since January 1989 till December 2004. Questions of modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of hepatic trauma are discussed. The combined laparoscopy is executed in 55 patients for specification of the diagnosis. After operation 41 patients have died (12.3 %).
