Some tactic guestions of treatment of severe liver injuries were studied. Using of miniinvasive technoiogies in the staged surgical interventions allows to improve results of the complex treatment of patients with severe traumas of liver in critical conditions. The given tactics is directed to the prophylaxis of multiple organ insufficiency as well as to decreasing of number of postoperative pio-septical complications and lethality.
