It was diagnosed the effectiveness of hypotonic uterus hemorrhage prognosis on the basis of 72 women inspection by means of the test with oxytocinum. Perceptibility on the test with oxytocinum was 97.2% and specificity — 98.6%. So, the test with oxytocinum is an effective method of hypotonic uterus hemorrhage prognosis during late postnatal period. Such method of hypotonic uterus hemorrhage prophylaxis of the women with positive test with oxytocinum prevents uterus hypotonic hemorrhages.
