The pathophysiologicaI analysis of the basic clinical parameters used in definition of the shock diagnosis in polytrauma is presented. The factors promoting the organs dysfunction development in mild and moderately severe shock are submitted. The informativity of clinical displays of a latent shock, functional orthostatic test for early diagnosis of a traumatic shock and its duly treatment are shown.
