The technique of the differentiated use of the east curative gymnastics in children with biliary dyskinesias at a stationary stage of aftertreatment is developed and its efficiency is investigated. It is established, that the application of the east gymnastics in complex therapy of children with biliary dyskinesias promotes faster normalization of kinetic function of the gallbladder and sphincters of the bile system and liquidation of manifestations of the vegetative nervous system dysfunction.
