THE PROPHYLAXIS OF INJURIES DURING OPERATIONS OF INTESTINAL CONTINUITY RESTORATION IN CASES WHICH HAD BEEN UNDERGONE HARTMAN’S OPERATION

The intestinal continuity restoration in cases with short rectal stump which had been undergone Hartman’s operation had done by application of original transperineal technique of mobilization of rectal stump. The offered technique allows to avoid the iatrogenic injury of urinary bladder during mobilization of rectal stump in cases when urinary bladder is adhered to the apex of rectum and the stump mobilization leads to its injury. The presented data testify to the expediency of application of elaborated original technique of short rectal stump mobilization for prophylaxis of iatrogenic injuries.
