At experimental injury and in clinic condition it has been shown that treatment of patients with closed kidney injury with the system enzyme therapy together with hyperbaric oxygenation is characterised by the higher level of effectiveness. It has also been proved that the determination in urine marking ferments of nephron’s structural elements damage, neutral α-glycosidase and N-acetyl β-D-gexosaminidase adequately reflects the dynamics of treatment efficiency of patients with closed kidney injury .
