A new method of fetal losses prognostication on the basis of score evaluation of main clinical and laboratory-functional indices is developed and introduced. The possibility of delivery tactics change is indicated taking into account the obtained prognostic findings. A new methodics of perinatal losses reduction is developed and introduced what permits to improve considerably the immediate results of delivery in women with high perinatal risk.
