In experiments on 40 albino non-line male rats during extracting of 5/6 renal parenchyma the development of the hyperfiltration in remnant nephrons and distress of main energodepending process — sodium ions reabsorption in proximal tubule was established. It was due to development of the tubulo-interstitial fibrosis with hypoxia damage of renal tubules. The increasing of distal reabsorption of sodium ions for compensation reaction against decreasing of the proximal reabsorption according to mechanism of canalicular-tubular balance was established.
