The results of treatment of 24 pregnant women with urodyskinesia from upper urinary tracts caused by pyelonephritis complication are presented. There was no possibility of kidneydrainage that’s why the authors had done percutaneous nephrostomy with ultrasonic control that let them to avoid the open surgical intervention and to save the pregnancy.
