In the work the data of clinical investigations of a functional condition of kidneys in pregnant women with fetoplacental insufficiency against a background of preeclampsia, which did not smoke and smoked up to pregnancy not less than 10 cigarettes a day. In pregnant women having fetoplacental insufficiency significant changes of kidney function were revealed. This changes promote gestosis development in future.
