In order to establish hereditary factors of diseases of parodontium 472 patients have been examined. 353 of them suffered from generalized diseases of paradontium, 41 were affected with parodontosis and 78 patients were well. On the basis of associations of blood group antigens study of AV0 system and Rh the genetic factor of these patients has been carried out. Different associated relations between diseases of parodontium in examined patients and studied blood group antigens have been set up. The obtained data showed that blood group antigen associations of AV0 system and Rh can be the markers of hereditary factors of the diseases of parodontium.
