102 patients with cholelithiasis after cholecystectomy were inspected. In the process of development of damage of the esofagogastroduodenal zone and involving of digestive apparatus in the pathological process, a tendency to exhaustion of the acid-forming function of a stomach, preservation and progressing of duodenal dyskinesia, reflux disease and erosive-haemorrhage changes of the antral part of a stomach and duodenum is observed. The laser and water therapy promote improvement of a functional condition and reparative processes of the esofagogastroduodenal system.
