There were revealed features of mentality and vegetative regulation at critical conditions of diseases of cardiovascular system. It is the way based on integration of specific features of the person, pathological, having properties of a dominant, a way of reaction of the person with properties of the functional system finding the reflection at all levels of the organization of an organism with primary infringements within one of the systems.
