There were studied anamnestic and clinical data for definition of risk factors of development of life-threatening complications of arrhythmias in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after fibrinolytic therapy (FLT). 155 patients with AMI were included into the study. As an ultimate aim of research the result of disease at the end of the hospital period was considered. It is revealed, that in the group of the patients receiving FLТ, the frequency of ventricular arrhythmia (VA) was greater, than in the group without FLТ.
