There are detected the peculiarities of obstetric and perinatal pathology in women with various forms of infertility have been established on the basis of clinicostatistical and additional methods of investigation. Besides the practical recommendations have been developed concerning the reduction of the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications on the basis of using programmed pregnancy and delivery and improved method of prophylaxis of fetoplacental insufficiency. All this on the whole has permitted to improve the results of delivery in women with infertility in anamnesis.
