Characteristics of the person and a clinical picture of critical states in patients suffering from idiopathic hypertension, a vegetative-vascular dystonia and ischemic disease were studied. On the ground of their analysis it was singled out the control loss pavor syndrome — a complex of the mental and emotional features participating in pathogenesis and clinic of diseases that demands a differentiated approach to drug treatment.
