A multifoetal pregnancy is accompanied by the increase of compensatory-adaptive reactions of placenta in the margin zone, creating additional conditions for the twins development. At hypoxia of the fetus the acute and chronic disorders of the blood circulation in placenta are combined and prevail in the second twins.
