The clinical results of homotoxicosis appearance in 95 patients with the residual tumours of the larynx by TNM system are represented. Depending of the anesthesiological aid during preoperative preparing with studying diagnosis data is showed. Including of the ceruloplasmin with the hypotensive therapy improves the anesthesiological current and nearest postoperative period.
