The analysis of frequency and structure of physical inability in children with inherent and acquired diseases of heart living in Dnepropetrovsk area is conducted. The highest percent of physical inability is marked in children with inherent defects of heart and cardiomyopathy, that requires early diagnostics and realization of duly operating treatment. The frequency of physical inability in children with carditis and rheumatic fever can be reduced at the expense of realization of preventive maintenance and rational rehabilitation.
