In the work the efficacy of therapy in two bunches of women (34 patients of the reproductive age) with the expressed pain syndrome and vegetative manifestations on a background of chronic inflammatory diseases of female sexual sphere was estimated. The first bunch (20 patients) on a background of basic therapy received daily сipramil in a dose of 20 mg within a month. The second, control bunch (14 patients) received only basic therapy — electrophoresis of 20%-s’ solutions of sodium of hydroxybutyrate on lateral cervical projections of boundary sympathetic trunk (BST) and 3%-s’ solutions of рhenazepamum on lumbosacral department of BST.
