DIAGNOSTIC VALUE FOR THE DYNAMIC INTERPHASE TENSIOMETRY IN PATIENTS WITH DESTRUCTIVE PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS

Deep injuries of biochemical homeostasis with the decrease of the important surface active composition of blood serum of albuminous and lipid origin occur in the patient’s organism under the development of tuberculous infection. Dynamic interphase tensiometry with the method of maximal pressure in the bubble should be used for the diagnosis of immune disbalance in the organism, definition of inflammatory activity and intoxication level of the body. Research by the method of the hanging drop gives the information about sticky elastic properties of the blood, depending on lipid spectrum. The given methods are of great interest and are in need of the following study because they can be successfully used in phthisiology.
