The work presents retrospective research of reproductive function condition in women with body mass deficiency of egzogenic origin. Gynecological disease occurrence and frequency of obstetric complications depending on the degree of body mass deficiency have been analyzed. It was found that women with body mass deficiency give high level of gynecological disease occurrence accompanied with disturbance of menstrual function with high infection index. Pregnancy is accompanied with high frequency of failure to bear a child and birth of children with low body mass. This requires detaching this group of women into a separate dispensary group and elaboration of a complex of medical-preventive measures.
