Using L-arginine induced model of acute pancreatitis authors investigated plasma tumor necrosis factor-alpha, interleukin-1-beta levels changes as well as pancreatic gland plasma enzymes and proteolytic activity changes. It was established the significant immunocytokines level increasing in rats plasma in conditions of L-arginine model of acute pancreatitis. Authors concluded about the immunocytokines activation pathogenetical role in conditions of complicated stomach and duodenal ulcer and about the pancreatoprotective influences requirement into the complex treatment of the named patients.
