The dynamics of parameters of lipid peroxide oxidation (LPO) in rats blood serum in experimental burn disease and the injection of “cryochor” extract obtained from a human chorion of ten-week histation has been investigated. The administration of cryochor has significantly decreased the LPO activation in burn disease during all research terms (from 1st hour to 28th day) and led to earlier normalization of its parameters.
