The results of studing the ability of organic substances on basis of glycoles to break the neurohumoral and neuromediator homeostasis regulation in chronic experiment are presented. It’s proved that studied substances lower T3, and elevate T4 contens in rats serum, increase the cAMP concentration, decrease the cGMP level and cause different directions disturbances in the neiromediator system.
