In the article there is shown, that under the condition of acute lung injury in newborns the blood neutrophiles activation occurs. Their damaging action at the level of lung microvessels was proved by the indices of increased proteolysis of the condensed lung expired air as well as by the indices of the fibrinolysis activity.
