The prognosis of bronchial asthma attack in early age children has been determined in this paper. It has been established that the clinic and laboratory indices with high sensitivity proved to be the prognostic criteria of maintainance of severity of attack of bronchial obstruction on the 3rd day of treatment. The risk of maintainance of severity of obstruction of bronchi on the 7th day of treatment usually reflected the presence of criteria with high specificity.
