On the investigation, the sensitivity of particular strains Т. vaginalis to preparations from 5-nitroimidasols group is evaluated. As the result of studying 36 strains Т. vaginalis, which were eliminated from pregnants with complicated process of pregnancy and parturition, it is established their high resistance to metronidazol and tinidazol. High quantity of strains Т. vaginalis were sensitive to ornidasol and combinations of preparations.
