The efficiency of glutargin as compared to the complex of traditional metabolic therapy was examined in 152 patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. Glutargin promotes the rapid regress of the basic clinical and biochemical syndromes of steatohepatitis, causes the diabetes mellitus compensation due to lipid corrective properties, ability to reduce the degree of insulin resistance, restore the endothelium functions, decrease of the liver fibrosis progression.
