For the statistical analysis of hysterosalpingoscintigraphy results (HSSG) at small sizes sample in a population of infertile women with endometriosis it is used the images recognition theory and the Ewklid metrics added in weight factors. From 14 analysed factors the greatest importance is established for a level tetraiodthyronin (T4) and androstendion in blood serum.
