The examination of microbiocenosis of vagina of 66 women with drug dependence and 32 women with physiological course of pregnancy has been conducted. It was found, that dysbiosis of genital tracts in women with drug dependence may be classified as a risk factor of preterm labour. So, the indices of the microbiocenosis of vagina can indicate the pathological course of pregnancy in the II and the III trimesters.
