The research is devoted to forecasting of complications in patients with myocardial infarction. Features of the kinetics in subfractional blood serum composition in myocardial infarction are revealed on the basis of use of laser correlation spectroscopy method in 100 patients with the specified pathology. It is offered prognostic criterion of development of acute cardiac insufficiency in patients with myocardial infarction.
